My Journey to Recovery
After the loss of my son several years ago, I found myself yearning for the support of a community that no longer existed within my environment. I had gone through a painful and complicated divorce several years prior, but my son's death brought a new level of pain that consumed me. No matter how much I tried, I could not find the comfort my heart yearned for.
As I explored various healing modalities and psychological support systems, my long journey ultimately took me to a place of wellbeing and gratitude. Today I consider my son as my greatest teacher. As I traveled on my journey to recovery, I received training and certification in various healing modalities and in life coaching. It is my desire to share the gifts I have accumulated through my journey, with those who are struggling through difficult transitions, and are struggling to get a grip on life.
My life story is not only my past, it is the basis of my commitment to help you build your future.

As a professionally trained and experienced life coach, shamanic healer, ancestral lineage healing practitioner-in-training, aream dreaming practitioner & teacher, combined with my personal experience with loss and recovery, I have the tools and understanding that will help you create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self.
